We are reaching out to inform you of an important change in the legislation that affects you as a customer.
Due to a recently passed law in the Swedish Parliament, you are no longer required to retain your accounting records in their original physical form after they have been digitized.
However, if you would like to keep any physical material that exists or may be added in the future, please notify us by November 15th. We will then ensure that the material is returned to you.
Please note that any physical material received by us will be scanned for digital storage and will be kept for six weeks as a precaution in case of any technical issues during the scanning process. After this period, the physical material will be destroyed.
Physical material in this context refers to documents related to your bookkeeping, such as supplier invoices, bank transaction receipts, paper receipts, etc. Other physical material, such as documents requiring signatures, already signed agreements, registration certificates, or other important informational documents, will not be destroyed but sent to you instead.
Please be aware that if we do not hear from you before November 15th, we will consider this as tacit consent to discard the physical accounting materials and send other materials to you.
